Photo Gallery - Easter Celebrations, March 2008

The children enjoyed a day of Easter Celebrations on Maundy Thursday. The day began with an Easter Bonnet Parade. The children showed off their lovely home-made bonnets in a walk down to the village shop. Back at school they split into three mixed age groups to make Chocolate Easter Nests, Easter Baskets and Easter mobiles. In the middle of these activities there was a visit from three donkeys from the Seaton Donkey Sanctuary. Coco, Shergar and Springy were a great hit with both children and adults. The day ended with an Easter Service in the school hall attended by families and friends of the school and an egg hunt for the children. It was a lovely celebration of Easter enjoyed by all.
